Encouraging and Equipping Parents to Pray for Their Children

Welcome to Pray For Your Baby Ministries

When I became pregnant with my first child, I began to pray for my baby that was growing inside of me. As soon as my son arrived, I could see that God had heard my prayers. I didn't realize the power of praying for my unborn child until after he was born. God heard and answered my prayers that I had prayed while I was pregnant and He wants to do the same for you.
No matter if you are trying to conceive, pregnant right now or if your baby is 17 years old, I'm here to encourage you to pray for your child!

In 2007, when our son Micah was about 2 years old, God spoke to my heart and told me to share my story of praying through my pregnancy with other moms and PRAY FOR YOUR BABY MINISTRIES was born.
My goal is to encourage you, so if you are pregnant, please sign up for my Free Weekly Pregnancy Prayers and also for my other 14 Day Pregnancy Plan that is on the You Version Bible Plan app.
If you already have a child, then you will want to dive into the prayers at Pray For Your Son or Pray For Your Daughter.
Just click on the photos below and don't forget to check out my Free Resource page as well.
I pray that these prayers and resources will encourage and guide you as you spend time alone with the Lord each day.
We live in such a crazy world right now, but remember, our greatest weapon against the enemy is praying in the name of Jesus! And right now, with what's happening against our children, they need our prayers more than ever.
Their salvation is at stake! Listen, I believe that Jesus is coming back soon and we need to prepare our children for His return. We need to pray a covering over them and teach them the Word of God.
I have have two of favorite Bible verses on how we parents are to train up our children:
Deuteronomy 11:19 says,  "You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up."  We are required to constantly teach our children the Word of God, what He says and what is true. With this current agenda trying to distort issues like gender, abortion and racism, we need to make sure our children know where they stand in their Biblical world view, especially if they are tweens or teens.
The next verse is Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Maybe your child is a tween, teen or older and is not currently walking with the Lord. I believe that if you have invested the time when they were little, God's Word will not return void. I was one of those wayward teens, but my mom prayed and prayed, and I turned back to Him. (Read my story here.)
Or maybe you started praying for your child just recently. God see's your heart and hears your prayers.believe that when we come to the Lord with a clean heart and repent, He hears our prays.
So whatever your situation is, whether you are currently pregnant or a parent of littles, middles, teens or beyond, pray hard, stand firm and prepare your children for Jesus' Return.
Also, please send me a prayer request here. I read each one and I promise to pray for you and your baby!
Prayerfully Awaiting His Soon Return,
